Your NEW Orlando Health Email
To set up your new Orlando Health email account, please follow these steps:
- Step 1. Check your email for a message from MFAsupport@orlandohealth.com. Be sure to check your Junk and Spam folders
- Step 2. Click on the message that says “Click Here”
- Step 3. Login to create an account with Orlando Health using the email address where your credentials were sent
- Step 4. Note your unique Orlando Health username and email address
- Step 5. Click on https://Welcome.OrlandoHealth.com
- Step 6. Follow the prompts to complete your initial password reset and multi-factor authentication (MFA) registration
Once your Orlando Health email is set up, you'll gain access to Orlando Health’s Microsoft Office 365 applications by visiting https://www.microsoft365.com/. Click here for information about accessing and switching Microsoft 365 accounts.
The Orlando Health IT team will be on site at each hospital and several physician practices through October 11 to assist and answer questions. You can also call the Orlando Health IT Service Desk at (321) 841-7378.
Attend an Upcoming Team Member Forum (Town Hall)
Meet Orlando Health senior leadership and learn more about our new partnership at an upcoming Team Member Forum. Team Member Forums will take place October 9 – 16 at each of the five Brookwood Baptist Health campus locations. Attendance is highly encouraged, but not mandatory. You will be paid for your time.

- When will I become an Orlando Health team member?
Brookwood Baptist Health team members will become Orlando Health team members on Dec. 22, 2024*. Orlando Health is committed to making your transition as smooth as possible. Please be on the lookout for emails and important information on becoming an Orlando Health team member. - Will my service date at Brookwood Baptist Health carry over?
Yes. Your service date at Brookwood Baptist Health will be recognized at Orlando Health. Your continuous service time with Brookwood Baptist Health will be applied to your years of service for paid time off purposes and your retirement plan match and vesting. - Will I receive a new email address from Orlando Health?
Yes. As a new team member, you will receive an Orlando Health employee ID number, a unique username, and an Orlando Health email address. Please stay tuned for additional information. - Will my job, title or manager change?
As we continue to integrate Brookwood Baptist Health, we are working to best align jobs, titles and structures to support our continued success in the Birmingham area. As we develop plans, Orlando Health’s HR and communication teams will keep you updated every step of the way.
- When will my benefits change?
Orlando Health takes great pride in caring for and about our team members and offers benefit programs that go beyond the expected. Orlando Health’s comprehensive benefits begin on day one of employment and team members will have the opportunity to enroll in their new benefits plans, based on eligibility, starting on Dec. 22, 2024*. - Do I need to enroll in Orlando Health benefits?
Yes. All team members will need to enroll in their selected benefits plans with Orlando Health. You will receive benefits information when it is time to enroll. Team members who do not want benefits coverage must also log in and waive their benefits during the enrollment period. - Do I need to cancel my benefits with Tenet?
No. Your benefits with Tenet will automatically end on Dec. 21, 2024*. Benefits at Orlando Health start on day one, so there is no waiting period for coverage. - How will I get more information about Orlando Health’s benefits plans?
Click here for the 2025 Orlando Health Focus on Benefits informational booklet, which will also be emailed to team members near the end of October or early November 2024*. The booklet contains details about all of Orlando Health’s benefit programs and offerings, including medical, dental, vision, insurance, health savings plans, retirement savings plans and voluntary benefits plans, along with rate schedules, contact information and more. - How do I apply for FMLA/Leave of Absence?
Team members will continue to apply for a leave of absence through their current processes until they become Orlando Health team members. Once you are an Orlando Health team member, you will apply for leave through New York Life by calling (866) 337-1593 or online at mynylgbs.com. - Will I keep my current paid time off hours earned?
Yes. All accrued, unused paid time off (PTO) balances will transfer from Brookwood Baptist Health to your Orlando Health PTO bank. If you have a negative balance, that will also transfer to your Orlando Health PTO bank. - Will my 401(k) roll over to Orlando Health’s retirement savings plan?
Once your retirement account is inactive at Tenet, you will have the option to roll your 401(k) balance over to your new Orlando Health 403(b) account. Orlando Health’s retirement savings plan is managed by Fidelity. You will have the opportunity to initiate a rollover request by contacting Fidelity after you transition to Orlando Health.
- Will I clock in differently starting Oct. 1?
No. Please continue to clock in/clock out as you currently do. Additional timekeeping information will be shared in the coming weeks.
- How do I contact Compliance and Ethics to ask a question or report a compliance or privacy concern?
As part of our commitment to maintaining a culture of integrity and compliance, we want to ensure that all team members are aware of how to confidentially report any compliance concerns or ask questions. You can report any concerns or seek guidance on ethical or compliance issues through our confidential Compliance Hotline, which is available 24/7. To file a report, please call (833) 208-0934 or submit a report online at BrookwoodBaptistHealth.EthicsPoint.com. All reports can be made anonymously if desired, and we ensure that every concern will be taken seriously and addressed promptly.

- How can I receive help setting up my Orlando Health email address?
The Orlando Health IT team will be on-site through Oct. 11 to assist with email set-up, the multifactor authentication process, mobile phone setup, and more. Yes. Once your Orlando Health email is set up, you'll gain access to Orlando Health’s Microsoft Office 365 applications by visiting Microsoft365.com. Click here for information about accessing and switching Microsoft 365 accounts. - How do I set up my email signature and what information should I include?
Click here for instructions on how to set up your email signature. The instructions also include an example of information to include. Continue to use Brookwood Baptist Health facility and service brand names.
- When can I start to use the new logos and brand names?
While the new hospital brand names will appear in an upcoming advertising campaign launching on Oct. 3, system-wide use of new branding throughout your facilities and locations will begin in January 2025. - How should I refer to the healthcare system and the facility/location I work at between now and January?
During these interim months, team members should continue to refer to the system as Brookwood Baptist Health and use the established brand names when referring to facilities and services. - Can I still wear Brookwood Baptist Health branded apparel? At this time, team members can continue to wear Brookwood Baptist Health branded apparel and use branded products.
- How can I learn more about the new brand and how these changes will affect my department?
The Orlando Health Brand Marketing and Brand Management teams will host virtual Brand Transition Sessions for day and night-shift team members. These sessions will be packed with information about the new brand names and logos, as well as the look and feel of branded products and more! Session dates and times will be communicated closer to the scheduled dates. - Is there anything I can do now to help prepare for the brand changes?
Yes, every team member is integral to a successful brand transition. Here are a few things you and your colleagues can do now to help:- Take a look around your area/department for products that use the current logo and remove/discard any items that may be outdated.
- Distribute inventory of any branded promotional products.
- Only order branded material in quantities necessary to conduct business.
