Walker Baptist Medical Center Recognizes Employees of the Quarter

Special honor is part of hospital’s newly formed employee recognition program

JASPER, ALA. – Walker Baptist Medical Center recently recognized their third quarter recipients of its newly formed employee recognition program.

"We are excited to continue this new program, which will allow us to recognize deserving employees each quarter and continue to highlight the high-quality, compassionate care our team provides,” Walker Baptist Associate Administrator Suzanne Pugh said.

The Employee of the Quarter Award Program recognizes the outstanding qualities and contributions of employees who go above and beyond to support the hospital’s mission and goals. Each quarter, five team members are honored for emulating the mission, along with one of the following core values, which include service, innovation, transparency, quality and integrity.

Each employee, nominated by their peers, received an honorary certificate this month from the hospital administration.
