Susan Bria Named Chief Nursing Officer of Shelby Baptist Medical

susan-bria-compressorBrookwood Baptist Health today announced Susan Bria has been named Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) of Shelby Baptist Medical Center. Susan served as Interim CNO since May of this year while continuing her role as Director of Nursing at Shelby Baptist Medical Center, a position she held since 2013. Prior to her role as Director of Nursing, Susan served as Manager House Supervisor of Shelby Baptist Medical Center from 2011-2013 and Nurse Manager at Princeton Baptist Medical Center from 2005-2011.

According to Daniel Listi, CEO, Shelby Baptist Medical Center, “To officially welcome Susan into the role of CNO at Shelby Baptist Medical Center is a natural transition for such a talented team member. Susan has worked in nursing for more than 30 years, and we are incredibly fortunate to have a seasoned leader to continue to build upon the quality care delivered by the Shelby Baptist team. We look forward to her continued contributions.”
