Support Services

Beyond Care

More than caring for our patients, we also care about them. In addition to excellent medical care, we provide a comprehensive suite of services, resources and amenities. We are committed to creating a comfortable and helpful environment for your best possible experience and outcomes.

Chaplain Services

Our chaplains are an integral part of the healthcare team in the provision of clinical spiritual care. Chaplains are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to offer prayer, spiritual guidance and support to patients and family members. Talk to your nurse to request chaplain services.

For the Hearing Impaired

For the hearing impaired, we provide sign language services. Your nurse or patient caregiver can make the proper arrangements to accommodate your needs.

Mail and Newspapers

Our volunteers deliver newspapers and patient mail every day. Letters and parcels that arrive after you have been discharged are sent back to the sender.

Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is available in all patient rooms, the cafeteria and waiting areas throughout the hospitals. Patients and visitors are welcome to use their personal laptops, tablets and phones.

Tobacco-Free Campus

Our tobacco-free policy is intended to create a healthier environment for everyone who comes to our facilities, whether as a patient, visitor or team member. All designated smoking areas have been eliminated and the use of all tobacco products (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, pipes, vapes, etc.) is prohibited both inside the hospital buildings and on the campuses.

Special Needs at Discharge

There are cases when patients need additional treatment or care after being discharged from the hospital. Please contact Case Management or your nurse if you need assistance with discharge planning, including home health care, outpatient rehabilitation or other therapies.

Transport Service

After you have been discharged, the person driving you home may bring the car to the designated entrance and a hospital team member will assist you to the car.

Wheelchairs

Wheelchairs are available on all nursing units. Please ask a member of our hospital staff for assistance if a wheelchair is needed.
